Chelseas love of photography began early, studying photography in high school, but a love of performing arts saw her accepted into a prestigious arts school in Sydney. She went on to make short films, acting in plays and theatre before embarking on a global travel journey. And from this a passion for photography began again, having travelled to over 40 countries and living in 6 she wanted to capture everything in sight, starting a travel blog wanderers and dreamers in 2012 to entice others to live a life less ordinary, a life less "things" and a view that experiences over possessions is the new black.  

 

Chelsea studied at the Southern Institute of technology and has shot in many countries all over the world including, Portugal, England, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Spain. Shooting in hotels, hostels, restaurants and sport. Some of Chelseas most resent work include Amy's Flowers, Bennetts and Easy Access Co. 

 

Chelsea is now based in the beautiful seaside town, Mangawhai, with a small studio onsite she has made a slight shift from travel and tourism to food, e-commerce & restaurants and travels regularly to locations around New Zealand for shoots. Since Covid came in and destroyed the travel and tourism industry as we know it, Chelsea took this as an opportunity to re-skill and skill up to broaden her knowledge across the photography and social media marketing board.

And if she isn't off chasing waves, kayaking through a gorge or sipping on a glass of wine with tapas in the sunset then you will find her on her computer editing all of the amazing shots she took or learning about the latest social media trends.
